After joining last autumn we’ve loved Little Nest, incredibly welcoming and supportive and always keen to communicate about what’s going on and what they are doing
Our son is very happy here
We’ve been with Little Nest Nursery since my son was 10 months old, and he loved it from day one. He’s now in the toddler room and has developed wonderful relationships with both his carers and the other children. Jeanette and her team do an amazing job making sure the children are happy, healthy, and engaged with age-appropriate activities every day. It’s a small, nurturing setting that feels like a real family to him, which truly makes it stand out from the larger, well-known nurseries. We couldn’t be happier with our experience and would highly recommend it!
Our twin girls have been at Little Nest for nearly 2 years now, since they started at 2 years old. They have been supported, nurtured and cared for throughout, and we couldn’t have picked a better nursery for them. Jeanette and her team really care and get to know the children, providing a safe and loving environment which is crucial for children so young. Any time we’ve had any concerns, they’ve listened, resolved them and reassured us. I can’t recommend Little Nest enough, we’ll be sad to leave when they go to school.
My Daughter loves it at this nursery. She only started in January but she’s got so many friends and she knows all the teachers names. The nursery is so warm and inviting. I love how they keep you updated with the times that she arrived, her toilet times, her sleeping times, the things that she ate, the pictures that they take for you, it just makes it feel like you have one person taking care of your child, but then they got all of these people around making sure that they are Okay. I really like how they keep in communication with you which is wonderful. They Let you come in on days when your child isn’t registered to come to join certain activities, and they always have great activities planned. there’s just so much to be said for this nursery. I feel like they’re doing so a great job and My Daughter just absolutely loves it.
Our daughter absolutely loves her nursery, and we are so grateful for the warmth and care she receives every day. The staff are consistently kind, patient, and genuinely invested in the children’s wellbeing. Even though she isn’t talking yet, she communicates so much through her expressions and body language — and her whole face lights up the moment she sees the nursery staff, whether it’s her key worker or anyone else on the team. That level of trust says everything. She goes in happy, comes out happy, and we’ve seen her confidence grow so much since joining. The nurturing environment has helped her feel secure, understood, and encouraged at her own pace. It’s clear that the team truly know her as an individual and support her development in such a thoughtful way. We couldn’t ask for a better place for her to learn, grow, and feel loved. Highly recommended.
Our son started at Little Nest this year, and he loves it. The 3 settling in sessions were a really good way for us all to get used to it, and it wasn't long at all before he was clearly happy being dropped off. We are so confident in his care, and everyone who looks after him are so upbeat and kind. We feel very lucky to have such a great independent nursery nearby.
My son has been attending this nursery for over a year now, and I honestly couldn’t be happier. He’s always excited to go in the morning — a clear sign that he feels safe, happy, and truly enjoys his time there. As parents, we’ve always tried to do our best at home, but the nursery has been such a big help in so many areas — from potty training, learning to sit nicely at the table, using cutlery, saying “please” and “thank you”, to sharing and being kind to others. We’re an Italian family living in London, so we mainly speak Italian at home, but that hasn’t been an obstacle at all. Thanks to the nursery, my son has learned so many English songs, the days of the week, weather expressions like “it’s raining”, “it’s sunny”, “it’s windy”, and “it’s snowing”, as well as the names and sounds of lots of animals — his progress has been amazing! The outdoor space is also fantastic, with different areas for the younger and older children to explore and play safely. He often talks about Miss Tami and even asks for her when we’re at home — which says it all about the care, warmth, and attention he receives there. We truly couldn’t have chosen a better nursery!
Went to the open day for this nursery and the staff and the location was amazing. You can truly see they invested a lot of time and money in the space. I really recommend to pay them a visit if you live in the area.
I have enjoyed the experience at the nursery, whilst I was doing placement, The manager(Jeanette and Josephine) are on point and welcoming and friendly, and the children were a blast 😀 😉
